PROJECT:
This custom built house is a  2560sq.ft. home designed by Dennis Bathory Architects. The house has 3 levels that contour the sloping site.  This home is a  timber frame hybrid featuring 3 King Post trusses in the front open portion of the home and conventional construction in the living areas. The home also features custom timber stairs and railings and exterior timber accents.  

This project is currently in construction stage which commenced January 2006 with an anticipated completion of May 2006.
